With a solid backlog of projects and long-term client relationships, the company is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver successful projects across the region.

The Role

This is a field leadership role for a superintendent who takes pride in running organized job sites, building strong subcontractor relationships, and delivering projects safely and efficiently. Core Responsibilities

Field Operations: Lead daily field operations on commercial and industrial projects
Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
Safety Standards: Maintain safety standards and job site organization
Quality Assurance: Review drawings and ensure quality field execution
Communication: Communicate with project managers and leadership
Project Support: Support project planning and scheduling

Candidate Profile

Experience: Experienced commercial or industrial construction superintendent
Leadership Skills: Strong field leadership and communication skills
Job Site Management: Ability to manage multiple trades and active job sites
Organizational Skills: Organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented
Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel to project locations as needed

Compensation & Performance

Hourly Rate: $30–$45 per hour with overtime
Work Schedule: work 3-weeks in field and 1-weekend home
Performance Bonus: Performance bonus (awarded annually)
