Our client is a rapidly growing national transportation infrastructure contractor delivering Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), traffic signals, roadway lighting, fiber optic infrastructure, and smart mobility solutions throughout the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple transportation infrastructure projects from award through closeout.
- Lead Superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, job costs, and profitability.
- Manage WIP reporting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and cash flow.
- Coordinate procurement, materials, equipment, and labor resources.
- Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil, transportation, or utility construction.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of WIP accounting, job costing, forecasting, and scheduling.
- Experience leading self-perform construction operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with municipalities, DOT agencies, or roadway contractors is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- $110,000–$135,000 Base Salary
- Quarterly Bonus Opportunity (10% target annually)
