Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate high-level relationships across general contractors, owners, developers, and trade partners
Opportunity Identification: Identify commercial mechanical opportunities across the Birmingham region
Project Origination: Originate and qualify projects through market insight and industry connections
Team Connection: Connect opportunities with internal estimating and operations teams
Strategy Support: Support pursuit strategy and market expansion
Company Representation: Represent the company with credibility, professionalism, and market presence

Candidate Profile

Professional Background: Business development professionals in mechanical or commercial construction
Project Management: Project managers or senior project managers with strong industry networks
Estimating Experience: Estimators with market influence and relationship-driven instincts
Industry Influence: Mechanical industry professionals known as connectors, influencers, or market leaders

Compensation & Performance

Base Salary: $100,000 to $160,000
